break/fix services, to state, local, and federal government agencies for more than 25 years.
With more than 24,000 seats across the State of Texas and more than 100 years of IT expertise on its staff,
Northrop Grumman provides DIR and its customers all of the requested services and statewide coverage that is expected.
Our resources are available to the more than 3,500 GoDirect customers of DIR that exists today.

Northrop Grumman has delivered IT support services to state, local, and government agencies in Texas since 1999.
In that year, Northrop Grumman was selected by the now current Department of Family and Protective Services
for major operational outsourcing of its IT services, including break/fix services for the full complement of IT
hardware present in the organization. Since that initial year, Northrop Grumman has provided a number of other
State of Texas customers various levels of support for the services.
